Ursula Pflug
Ursula Pflug is author of the novel, Green Music. Born in Tunis, she grew up in Toronto but travelled widely in Canada, the US, Europe and North Africa. She attended the University of Toronto and The Ontario College of Art. She has published over fifty short stories in professional markets in Canada, the US, and the UK. She is also a professionally produced playwright and practising arts journalist, publishing literary criticism internationally. She teaches short fiction through Loyalist College's Continuing Education Program, and lives in Norwood, Ontario, with her family.

Ursula Pflug is one of the hardest working local writers and is well respected in the Peterborough community. It is always a pleasure to present her writing so her local fans can keep up with her latest work.

Esther Vincent
Esther Vincent writes what she can, when she can, when she's not doing one of the hundred other things she does, one of which is coordinating the Cooked and Eaten. She has been published in the Quill and Quire, and the anthology Girls Who Bite Back (Sumach Press) among others. She is nervous about having to write something specifically for the series.
